Ivan Dragicevic has daily apparitions of Our Lady since 1981. He said:
“My whole day is waiting for the apparition. In the morning I start to prepare myself with prayer. Vicka, Marija and I still have a meeting with Our Lady every day. We prepare ourselves with the prayer of the Holy Rosary at 5 pm every day, praying with all the people who participate in the chapel of the Holy Rosary. As the hour of the apparition approaches, at 5:40 pm, I feel the presence of Our Lady in my heart. The moment when I kneel before the altar is the moment when Our Heavenly Mother arrives. The first sign of Our Lady's arrival is a light. After this light comes Our Lady. It is not like the light we see here on Earth: it is a light from Heaven, a piece of Heaven comes to us. As soon as Our Lady arrives, I no longer see anything in front of me or around me. I only see Her! At that moment, I don't feel space or time. Also last night, Our Lady came especially cheerful and happy and greeted everyone with her usual maternal greeting: ‘Praise be to Jesus, my dear children!’ In a special way, she prayed with her hands outstretched over the sick in the chapel. In all apparitions, Our Lady prays with her hands outstretched over the priests present. Our Lady always blesses us all with his motherly blessing and also blesses all the sacred objects that we have brought for the blessing. I, in all apparitions, always recommend everyone, everyone's needs and intentions.
In recent times, even last night, Our Lady prayed for holiness in families. She always prays in her mother tongue, Aramaic. So, a private conversation always goes on between her and me. Afterwards, Our Lady continued to pray for everyone present in the chapel. Then, in prayer, she walked away at the sign of the Cross and in the light with the greeting: ‘Go in peace, my dear children!’ It is really difficult to describe in words what an encounter with Our Lady. The encounter with Our Lady is truly a dialogue between us. I can confess that, in all daily meetings, Our Lady gives me a word, a thought so beautiful that I can live with that word for the next 24 hours. This is what I can say. It is really difficult to communicate this feeling to others with words. It is difficult to transmit this joy to others. I say to those who participate in the apparition: it is difficult to recover and return to this world after an encounter with Our Lady! There is always a desire, a hope. During the apparition, I say in my heart: 'Mother, stay a little longer, because it is very good to be with you!' Her smile... Her look at everyone with her eyes full of love... I can see the tears of joy that flow in the face of Our Lady as She looks at us all in prayer... She wants to approach all of us and embrace us! Mother's love is wonderful and very special! Conveying this love with words is really difficult! This peace, this joy that I feel during the apparition of Our Lady accompanies me throughout the day. And when I can't sleep at night, I think: 'What will Our Lady say to me the next day?' I examine my conscience and think about what I did during the day, whether my movements were in the Lord's will. I think of Our Lady tonight, when I see her, will she be happy? And other things happen to me in preparation for the apparition. The peace, joy and love in which I am immersed in all apparitions is the most beautiful thing! The encouragement that the Mother gives me imposes me... As I do with the pilgrims, in transmitting the message to them, I can say that with my only human strength I would not be able to bear it if Our Lady did not give me a special strength every day. I really feel her like a Mother. There are no words to describe that feeling. I also have an earthly mother: this Mother raised me until I was 16 years old. Our Lady took me from the age of 16 and leads me. I can say that I have two mothers, an earthly mother and a Heavenly Mother. Both are such beautiful mothers and want the good of their children. They love their children... I would like to give that love to others.”
